yep im back..supposed to update about my trip..but i dunno wat to say? haha. other than seoul is a boring place n too expensive to shop or even live in. i shall just divide into different categories so its more organized...
weather - far too cold. practically everyday was minus sumthing. esp in the suburbs. lowest -11. highest 2. snow is cool..literally cool..but..damn cold la...
food - i have already complained to rozie n huiyu oredi actually...haha..the koreans r really boring!!! every meal is steamboat!!! mushroom steamboat..fish steamboat..mushroom steamboat..seafood steamboat which is actually fish steamboat again..n the fish has tonnes of bones some more..den some funny duck steamboat..some spicy steamboat..for lunch n dinner its all steamboat la..dun ask me to count how many times exactly...n damn it! i ate rice! quite a lot some more! cos its quite difficult to eat steamboat without rice..plus it was freaking cold so i got damn hungry easily! aahhh how to start losing watever i put on!! crap. i dun dare to stand on the weighing machine now actually. oh ya..n ther's the kimchee! which i dunno y its considered as a delicacy..cos its just very boiled n salty cabbage smeared with chilli which is like liquified blachan to me..haha...
travelling - to get from 1 sightseeing spot to another..it takes at least 3 hrs to travel..so...yup most of the time was spend on travelling...which is..gd n bad la..gd cos can sleep on the bus..bad cos..its such a waste of time! n i realised all the sightseeing spots have to do with bae yong jun..seriously without him..i doubt anyone will visit seoul at all..for my tour grp none of us went cos of purely the korean shows..but the tour guide told us a lot of pple go to seoul just for bae yong jun..not that they can see him..but they do tell her that they r contented just breathing in the air that bae yong jun has breathed in before (in the same area la)..which is..&*@!^%)@!^&@!%&!&^%. im sure if he runs for presidency..he will wins hand down..for wat reason? i dunno. i tink li bing xian or won bin is better looking. haha.
shopping - too expensive to shop in departmental stores. those erm..winter clothings..jacket like..knee length ones..1500 sing..thats crazy la..i can find cheaper alternatives in singapore.....but go to the streets to walk n shop...its too cold to do so! we still did la..shivering lor..n its such an agony taking out the gloves to try or touch stuff cos the fingers freeze instantly...this trip is one of the worse in terms of shopping cos i bought minimal stuff. just magnets, 1 tshirt, 1 box of chocolate. pathetic.
people - koreans love to push. i learnt from them n nudged them back when they pushed me. the pple in my tour grp were generally nice la..total 20 pple..4 fams..2 fams were related though..dunno how exactly they r related la but thats 5 plus 5...my fam 4..another fam 6..n there's tons of kids in my grp..the fam of 6..3 kids..aged 9, 5, 2..the boy was damn cute la..the 2 yr old one..but very spoilt..can see they r quite rich..cos the dad bought 4k plus plus worth of ginseng!!! so many boxes lor!! my dad only bought 1 box n its oredi 1k n i dun tink its worth it..yet that guy bought so much!!! my bro thinks that cos his fam age range damn wide..n different type of ginseng is better for different ages..so he probably bought all the types for his fam..but that guy is nice cos can see he really loves his family..n esp the youngest which is the boy la..whether its gd or bad i dunno but i just tink that boy n the 2nd daughter is very spoilt..the oldest girl seems ignored most of the time..n the granny also..the fam of 10...out of the 10 got 6 kids..pri sch n sec sch also got...but dunno where r all of them now since their flight was cancelled due to the pilot strike..i tink its quite poor thing la..esp for the fam of 6 cos the kids r all so young...
