air crash

watching this show called air crash investigation...a series of re-enactment of air crashes..wat happened before the accident n after that....today's episode is on avianca flight 52..a crash due to very bad weather plus incapabilities of the flight crew plus jfk airport....i never expected air travel to be so dangerous..ya la of cos the probability of an air crash is very very low..but still....1 aircraft cost so much...yet when it crashes....the metal cant even be used for scraping due to the investigation..even if its scraped..compare the amt earned from scraping to the cost of the aircraft...but anyway..the bad weather reminded me of my flight from shanghai...the very bad weather n stuff...that i cant see my own hand when i stretch out at that pt of time...but thankfully of cos nothing happened to my flight....sometimes i wonder how is it possible that pilots search for the runway..go lower..n finally land..i tink its really amazing.....though travelling is fun....but i tink to die in an air crash is really very...saddening...of cos depends on wat kind of crash but for most crashes..whether its into sea or land..the bodies cant be found...or even if it is...its into pieces...or burnt till it cant be recognised...n i shant go on...can go figure out.......but i tink its really sad to die without a body..thats wat i feel....ok this entry sounds quite morbid (like someone else that rozie knows..haha)...but...just my thoughts from watching this show....have been watching a few of episodes..each epi on different crash....

just some trivia..if u all r bored....go to wikipedia...type in air crash...will get a list of ALL air crashes even before our parents were born...i tink its really interesting to learn all these....of cos i didnt go n read those in the 1950s....but its really very interesting..to know the causes n stuff...n i realised a pattern...a lot of air crashes...has to do with/at jfk airport.....weird huh.......

sigh i just saw the plane going down...damn saddening....now the rescuers r trying to get into the woods n save whoever is still alive (the rescuers part is real video taken by reporters)...sigh....depressing....oh ya..i also think that where a jet crashes in/to/at is equally impt...crash into a highly populated area.........worse than gone case....
