ok im was watching oprah winfrey just now...oh my goodness i never realised that stevie wonder is blind/born nearly blind...n he is such a..prodigy...he is a "songwriter, producer, musician, humanitarian and social activist" (quoted from wikipedia)..even though he's blind..he never let the absence of sight hampered his dreams.. n he can play the piano, drums, harmonica, synthesizers, congas and guitar. its really damn wow man. i have been listening to his songs..but i never knew he was blind....am i damn slow or what.......oh ya..n he also learnt how to drive a car...n if im not wrong i heard he has flew a plane before..but i tink its on the ground? i noe the car one was in a large empty ground n he was driving it with guidance la...but still...oh ya n he can rollerblade too.....he has also received 22 grammy awards...wow wow wow....

one of his quotes made during accepting an honorary doctor of music degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1996, Wonder said: "Many years ago, but not so long ago, there were those who said, 'Well, you have three strikes against you: You're Black, you're blind and you're poor.' But God said to me, 'I will make you rich in the spirit of inspiration, to inspire others as well as create music to encourage the world to a place of oneness and hope and positivity.' I believed Him and not them."
